I had an Uber booked for me as well as paid for to send me to work, and 4-5 hours later I was booked another Uber from work back again and the job was completed free of charge! I went to a couple places before checking out Grip and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I had a screw stuck in my tire, and a slow leak in another and both were repaired. They accommodated me so well. They picked up my vehicle from home, repaired the tires and brought it back to me. It felt like a luxury because that kind of service is unheard of. Booking online was SO easy, and the check in process just as smooth. I was able to get a courtesy car and be on my way within 8 minutes of arriving. I received text updates about the status of my vehicle as they worked and when it was ready for pickup. They even gave it a wash and vacuum!Both Ben & Autumn were both professional and friendly. They provided additional info about recommended services but I felt no pressure to do the extra work than what I had come in for originally. Will be returning!

I just got my car serviced, and it felt almost too good to be true! Everything was so smooth from start to finish. They even arranged an Uber for me, which was so convenient. Also, they sent me a detailed inspection report of my car with pictures, so I knew exactly the overall status of different parts. Plus, they kept me updated until my car was ready. Highly recommend this place! I had a bolt stuck in my tire. I checked online for the closest place and found this place and absolutely happy I went here. The shop was busy, but they still had time to look at my tire and showed complete attention to my car. Best customer service I have ever had! They did a thorough inspection on my car, and answered all questions I had. I visited Grip tire and Auto today and had a nail in my tire. Despite it being close to closing time, they were incredibly helpful. They promptly fixed my tire, and while I waited for my truck, they even washed it. To top it off, they generously offered a free tire repair since it was Friday and I was the last customer of the day. I'll definitely be returning for other services like oil changes. Highly recommended!

I've never had a mechanics treat me so well as a customer. They're experienced and professional but they also genuinely care. There's never any hidden costs and they've done a couple of small tasks for me they could have easily charged for but didn't. It's a very rare find so I couldn't recommend them more.

I made an appointment for a broken windshield wiper linkage. I stopped by the day before and they were able to fit me in and have it fixed/replaced within hours. Fantastic Garage!I first came here because it is close to work but now I come because I have trust that the mechanics and team here have the expertise and skill to fix my vehicle and do it in a timely and efficient manner.I've been bringing my older cars to this location for about four years and each time I come in I'm stressed and lost. Not knowing what's going on, how long it will be before I can use it again, and if I could afford to fix it. Each time I've been here, I've been treated with friendliness, respect and a feeling that they have not just my vehicle, but my personal well being in mind as well, when fixing my vehicle.My last visit, I brought my car in on Friday at 1pm for an exhaust pipe/muffler dilemma. The reception staff was friendly and understanding. The mechanic Ben Herbert was quickly able to figure out a way to get me a quote for an affordable solution, communicate with me a detailed analysis of the problem and other things that needed attending to, and complete the task all by 3:30pm! How amazing is that? I just recently had a service completed by Grip Tire & Auto, and I'm extremely happy with the service. I came in for an oil change, and included with an oil change was a general visual inspection. Iain was awesome to work with while booking the appointment, and he had excellent communication throughout the service. While my car was in the shop, he emailed an inspection sheet for me to review. Attached were pictures and prices of the proposed repairs which truly shows full transparency with this shop. Iain then followed up to explain the inspection sheet and asked for the go-ahead to ensure that the necessary repairs were addressed. As someone who has had many negative experiences with mechanics pushing unnecessary repairs on me, I feel that the staff here are very honest. I will be trusting Iain and his team to take care of any upcoming maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Also, a bonus is they washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside! Thanks again for such a positive experience.

These guys are so friendly, the service and experience was amazing. I put off anything to do with my car because I don't know much about it but even when I was calling for a quote and got my tire numbers wrong they were so polite and helpful. I was so excited to see my car being washed after and nearly cried when they vacuumed the front, my most hated task. I would totally recommend this place and will be back to do more tires. I recently had my truck in the shop for a mysterious ignition problem. Ben and his crew figured it out, made the necessary repairs in good time, and now my 2002 F-150 is running like new. The price of the repair was reasonable, and Ben did not try to upsell me. I appreciate that respect. When I picked up my truck, it was immaculately clean, inside and out. I would recommed Grip Tire & Auto. I was having issues with a clogged catalytic converter. Since there were few aftermarket catalytic converters available Ben kindly offered me the use of one of there courtesy vehicles for a few days. Eventually the part was found and brought in. My car is functioning now properly and I really appreciated the kind help from Ben and all the technicians that worked on my car. My wife and I have had our car in for servicing with Ben and his staff, on a couple of occasions. We have been very happy with the service and the knowledge of the staff. Ben has been very pleasant and has also been able to service our car on short notice. We also appreciated their honest approach to what work was truly needed and they didn't try to "upsell" us. We left their shop feeling very satisfied with the work done on our vehicle.

Took my vehicle there after a few failed attempts by other shops to fix my coolant leak and to diagnose a “knocking sound” when driving.Ben was able to squeeze me in last second and kept me up to date with everything that was found. My coolant leak was fixed and the “knocking sound” was determined to be a bent rim, which will be fixed through warranty. Ben and the rest of the staff, were courteous and professional throughout the whole process, and the company’s use of Uber to get me home after dropping off my vehicle was world-class. I’ll definitely be using this shop as my place of maintenance for my two vehicles from now on. Keep up the good work.

As someone who dosn't know much about cars, I feel very at ease bringing my car to this auto shop. I moved to the province last year and Andy was very kind to me, explaining everything I needed to do to get my car in shape and registered in the province. All the employees working here are very nice and explain everything well. I will always return to this shop as I trust them a lot. Highly recommended!!

I am so grateful that grip auto was recommended to me. This is a team of amazing humans. They took my car in under emergency circumstances and got it back up and running in a quick time frame. They are highly knowledgeable and extremely personable. This is the place that I will be bringing my car to from now on and since I bought a lemon I have a feeling we will see a lot of each other.

I’ve bought a couple sets of tires from Jen Grip Auto over the past 5 years. Friendly service, helpful with last minute emergencies.Today I got a full flat tire while I was near the shop, brought it in right away (on Friday afternoon of a summer holiday weekend). Went away for 2 hours and when I returned to pick up my car they had repaired the tire, washed and vacuumed my car and didn’t charge me a thing.I almost fell on the floor.Thank you so much! 😀

Great experience taking my car to see the team at Grip! Ben was really helpful, kept me fully informed throughout the process and what my options were.
